Our roster of environmental professionals combines advanced academic degrees with significant professional experience. About 50% of our staff members are licensed professional engineers and geoscientists, often with over 20 years of experience in contaminated sites work.

They strive to build enduring client relationships while providing an exceptional and professional service, having a very strong focus on timely delivery, client communication and project quality assurance.
Core of Excellence
As part of its delivery model and technical assurance programme for our clients, our project managers have the support of the Group Core of Excellence (CoE). This is a group of in-house experts which has been specifically setup within FRONTLINE’S Partnership to ensure that best practices are continuously applied and best in class expertise and experience is brought to bear to ensure projects are delivered and closed out in as cost-effective manner as possible. The CoE’s influence during a project’s life cycle occurs as early as conceptualization and design and carries on through implementation to project closure.
The CoE provides the following expertise:
- Remedial Options Appraisal and detailed design of remedial solutions. This team offers expertise in biological, physical, thermal, and chemical based remediation solutions.
- Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment: This team offers expertise in modelling and quantified health and environmental risk assessment and advocacy/negotiation of risk based remedial goals.
